ALARCON LAW FIRM, P.C. is a New York-based law firm of experienced lawyers licensed in multiple jurisdictions in the United States. Our primary focus is on advising small and mid-size companies as outside general or corporate counsel. We provide diverse experience and services incident to developing and running a company from formation to day-to-day operations.
